Speaking of Jace's birthday...

As I said before, yesterday was Jace's birthday! I just didn't want to miss the opportunity to say what an amazing husband, dad, and friend he is. We are so lucky to have this man in our lives. He is always so considerate of how I am feeling, and always puts his family first...always! Jace is a roll-on-the-ground and play with the kids kind of dad, and all of our kids absolutely ADORE him. He is exactally what I have always wanted the father of my children to be like. He doesn't take life too seriously. He even tells me that he thinks I am beautiful, even when I am wearing my ugly gray sweatpants, my hair is in a ponytail, and I have (most likely), not even had a shower yet. That is love, people! I can't say how much I love Jace. The world a better place to be when he is around!

Just a few random pics through the years:

Holy Estrogen, Batman!

Yesterday was Jace's birthday, and we had an ultrasound first thing in the morning. We were hoping to find out what we are having, but not betting on it. It was our lucky day! We found out that we are going to be having identical girls!!! Oh my goodness! What a great birthday suprize! We are super excited and can't wait to meet them. Our poor little Kam will be surrounded by girls. Someday, I think he will make a great husband. He will have to learn to be REALLY good at communicating with girls. I don't think he will have much of a choice :)

Just a fun little fact: Jace noticed that when the ultrasound tech was measuring one of the bones it came in at a whopping 2cm! So crazy! Here is a profile pic of both of our little honey's:

It's a Miracle!

Can you even believe it! We FINALLY got a family picture! The last family picture we have is when PAyton was 18 months old. So, this is LONG over due. We really wanted to get one before the babies get here so that we have at least ONE family picture of just the three kids. Thanks so much to Jace's sister, Angie for snapping this for us. It is a priceless gift. It was a challenge, but here it is!

Riley

I finally finished taking the kids pictures! Riley had a good time posing herself. She would say, "does this look good?" So cute! I even made this skirt She is wearing. It photographed Just as I had hoped. I wanted something with the same "flavor" as the one Payton wore, but not matchy matchy. I think it was a success. I still want to try to get a few more of Kambell, and one of the whole fam, but I am happy to have some fresh pictures of the kids. It is always worth it. It doesn't hurt that I have beautiful kids. It is always fun to shoot beautiful people:)

Miss Aubrie

We were in Utah the weekend of V-day, for a couple of photoshoots. It just so happened that My friend Hannah had her baby that weeked! My friends Jackie, Maryjo, and I went to see her in the hospital. It was a great day, and we ended up making a girls day out of it. While we were there, I took some pictures of sweet Aubrie(not like that is a huge shocker). There is nothing more precious than a baby that is so fresh a new to this world. What an angel! Here is just a little taste of that sweetness:

Kambell

It was Kam's turn for pictures today. It is hard to be the photographer and the attention getter at the same time. I also only had about 10 minutes (if that) of attention span, but I did manage to get a few cute shots. I will try a few more with him when I shoot Riley.

14 Weeks

I have a feeling I will be doing a lot of comparing during this pregnancy. So just for fun, here are some pictures for your comparing pleasures. They are both at 14 weeks. The one in the purple sweater is when I was preg with Kam. The other (obviously) is from this go round. I really actually hate this stage, because you don't quite look pregnant, just chunky. Not fun! This picture was taken a few days ago, and I feel like I am SERIOUSLY balooning the past few days. so this picture is sadly already outdated. Oh the joys of twins!

Excuse this bad picture of me. I had not even had a shower yet (eww, I know).

A Three Year Old and a Box of Screws

This is what it's like to be a fly on the wall while Payton is playing by herself. I took this video of Payton while I was "reading a book." It is kind of long, but she sings a funny little song towards the end. Priceless:)

Hannah and Gabbie

Here is a peak of the cuteness that we captured while Kam was "layin' in the leaves." I just love these girls!

Layin' in the Leaves

This weekend we went to our friends' house to take some pictures of thier sweet girls. Kam was so cute just hanging out drining his bottle the whole time. I don't think he even moved a muscle the whole time we were shooting. He was just content to be outside (the kid would live outside if I let him), and drink his bottle. He looked so cute, that I couldn't resist a few pictures. Man he sure is a cute boy:)

Fall Pics

In all of our fall photography craziness we managed to take a few pics of our own kids. We didn't get very many good ones (I think our kids are the hardest to photograph for sure), But we did manage to get a couple that were decent.

Playing

Payton was playing so cute with Kam yesterday. I had to document it because this doesn't always happen. Payton is still pretty rough with him, so he isn't always a fan of her. She is getting better and better all the time. Kam just likes getting into anything that she is playing with. I think now that Riley is at school three days a week, Payton is glad that she still has someone to play with besides Mom.

Payton's Prayer

Dear Heavenly Father, please bless us to be good, bless us to be healthy. Bless us to be good. Bless us to be healthy. Bless us to be good. Bless Us to be healthy. Bless Kambell to grow up like a daddy. Bless us to be good. In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

Broomfield Days Parade

This weekend we went to the Broomfield Days Parade. It was fun, but a bit cold. Kam pretty much just hung out in the stroller the whole time drinking his bottle. The girls had fun catching the candy(isn't that the whole point of going to the parade in the first place?), and watching the dancers, and the marching bands. It was a good time.
