Long Time Coming!

Jace and I have not had pictures taken of the two of us in a long time. This is the dilema of being a photographer. You are always the one behind the camera, and don't take the time to make sure you end up in front of it once in a while. Christmas weekend we were taking pictures of Jace's family, so we asked my sister-in-law to snap a few of us while we had the lights set up. Here are a few of my favorites. Thanks Mandi!

When Two Year Olds Dress Themselves...

This is what happens when you let a 2 year old pick out her own clothes...and yes, I did take her out in public.
(sidenote - check out my new kitchen floors. Yay!)

The "pump-up" thing

Riley and I had our first "gender" conversation yesterday. I am surprised it has taken her this long to say something about it, since she has watched me change Kam's diaper a million times. She said, "what is that 'pump-up' thing on his bum?" After I explained to her that boys and girls just have different bums, she asked, "and when he grows up he won't have that anymore?" I just had to laugh.

Wrapping Presents

We wrapped a few Christmas presents with the girls last week. They had fun and of course they were super "helpful." Kam's job was to hang out and look cute. He did a great job.

Thanksgiving

Okay, so this post is a little delayed. Better late than never. We had a really great Thanksgiving. Kambell got to meet both of his great grandparents on my side of the family, so that was really awesome. We went shooting on Thanksgiving day ( I ended up only being there for about 5 minutes because I had to go feed Kam). The kids all "helped" Grandma Char decorate her Christmas tree. We played a great game of Farkle, and as you can see...Shanna lost! Haha. Good food, fun and family. What else can you ask for!

Lost In The Mix

These are a few pictures from a photoshoot we did with the girls two days before Kam was born. I just didn't get around to doing anything with them until now. These are some of my faves. We weren't able to get as many of Payton...She is two you know. So I think we will do some more in the near future.

Sweet Boy

This is typical Kam. He is so mellow! He hardly ever cries, unless he is hungry, of course. We are so lucky to have such an easy, sweet boy!

Kambell's First Bath

Kam Had his first "real" bath last night, and he loved it! He just hung out and looked around for a while. Of course the second I took him out, he screamed until I got him wrapped up nice and warm in a towel. Could he be any cuter? Somehow, I don't think so.

Playing In The Leaves

These pictures are from last week. Jace was once again keeping the girls busy so that I could rest. Of course, I couldn't resist taking a few pictures first.

Just Can't Seem To Get Enough

...just in case you are like us, and can't get enough of this little man, here are a few more pictures.

Meeting some of the family

A few pictures of Kambell meeting some the Crowther cousins and Grandma Kaye.
